2. Purposes and legal bases of processing
- Contact form — handling and answering your enquiry (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Newsletter — sending news and event information based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR); you confirm your subscription by clicking the link in the e-mail.
- Statistics and marketing — only after you give consent in the cookie banner (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Form security — spam protection using Google reCAPTCHA (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Cookies
We use cookies necessary for the website to work (e.g. remembering your choice in the banner — the pd_consent cookie, 12 months). Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity) and marketing cookies (Meta Pixel) are used only with your consent. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking “Cookie settings” in the website footer. We use Google Consent Mode v2 — until you give consent, Google services do not store cookies.
4. Recipients of data
Data may be entrusted to entities providing services to us: the hosting provider (OVH), Google Ireland Ltd. (Analytics, reCAPTCHA, Tag Manager), Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. (Clarity) and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Pixel) — to the extent these tools are actually used on the website. Some of these entities may transfer data to the USA on the basis of the European Commission’s decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
5. Retention period
We keep contact form messages for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and then until the limitation period for any claims expires. Subscriber data — until consent is withdrawn (unconfirmed subscriptions are deleted after 14 days). Cookie consent records — up to 3 years.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
